Orders & Renewals
Place a new order or renew a current subscription
  • Web: To place an order on the web, simply select the desired product from the Our Products A-Z page and click the Subscribe Now, Order Now or Register Now links.

  • Phone: Our Customer Care representatives are available to take your order or renewal from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, EST. Simply call 1-800-255-8131 x 248 / 301-562-1530 x 248.

Methods of payment
All checks must be drawn on U.S. banks and be in U.S. dollars. Pike & Fischer accepts the following as forms of payment:

Order an article reprint
Email reprint requests, including publication name, article headline, article date, number of reprints desired and the desired format, to Customer Care. Reprint requests are processed within 2 business days. You may also order reprints by calling Customer Care at 1-800-255-8131 x 248.

Missing newsletter issues - Please contact Customer Care by email or phone (1-800-255-8131 x 248) and provide the publication title, the date(s) of the missing issue(s), your name, account number (if available) and full mailing address. We'll mail the missing materials to you within 3-4 business days.

Replacement reference pages - Please refer to Filing Instructions that accompany each release to determine if you are indeed missing pages. If so, contact Customer Care by email or phone (1-800-255-8131 x 248) and provide the publication title, page numbers and the date of the update that you are missing, your name, account number (if available) and your full mailing address. All issues or pages will be mailed to you within 3-4 business days. You may also fax these requests to Customer Care at 301-562-1521.

Order a binder
Current subscribers can order a new or replacement binder by contacting Customer Care via email, phone (1-800-255-8131 x 248) or fax (301-562-1521). Please provide your account number (if available), name, the name of the product for which you are requesting a binder, the number of binders desired and your credit card information. All binder requests require prepayment and all Rules Service binder requests must include desired binder width. All binders are $19.50 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling - with the exception of Rules Service binders - which are priced as follows.
Large 2 1/2 inches $18.00 ea. + $5.00 shipping and handling
Medium 1 1/2 inch $17.00 ea. + $5.00 shipping and handling
Small 1 inch $16.00 ea. + $5.00 shipping and handling

Express delivery is available for an extra fee.

Request a receipt
We are happy to provide you with a receipt of your payment. Simply contact Customer Care via email or phone (1-800-255-8131 x 248) and provide your account name, account number and the order for which you would like a receipt. We'll provide you with an electronic receipt via return email or a hard copy via fax.

Cancel a subscription
To cancel a subscription, simply write "cancel" on the renewal notice and return it in the pre-addressed return envelope. If no return envelope is available, please mail to: Pike & Fischer, 1010 Wayne Avenue, Suite 1400, Silver Spring, MD 20910-5600. For faster service contact Customer Care at 1-800-255-8131, fax your request to 301-562 1521, or send an e-mail to Customer Care. Please include your account number as indicated on your renewal notice.

Do you need to know the expiration date for your subscription, the status of a recent order or anything else about your account? If you contact us outside our business hours, we'll be sure to get back to you within 1 business day.

Change the contact details on my account
To change your account details, please contact Customer Care via email or phone (1-800-255-8131 x 248) and provide us with the requested changes. Email requests should include your account number (if available), previous and new contact name and/or previous and new address. We'll process your request immediately to ensure that you do not experience any interruption in service.

Request removal from our mailing list
Clients who no longer wish to receive mail from us can be removed from our mailing list by sending an email request to Customer Care or by calling us at 1-800-255-8131 x 248.

Opt Out / Unsubscribe Request
Clients who no longer wish to receive email correspondence from us may opt-out by sending an email to Customer Care.

Request a W-9 Form
Please fax your completed W-9 form to 301-562-1521. We will complete same and fax back to you within 2 business days. For more information, contact Jeff Hearn by email or via phone at 301-562-1530.

Privacy Policy

Opt Out / Unsubscribe
Clients who no longer wish to receive email correspondence from us may opt-out by sending an email to Customer Care.

Our Return & Money Back Guarantee Policy
If, within 30-days of purchase, you decide that the Pike & Fischer product purchased does not meet your information needs, we'll send you a full refund after you have returned the product in its original condition.

Please note, this policy does not apply to audio conferences, live event registrations, multi-volume reference services, market research reports or event transcripts purchased and delivered in PDF format.

Shipping & Delivery
  • Print Reference Service subscriptions are fulfilled via UPS Ground Service within 1-2 weeks of our receipt of your order.
  • Book orders are fulfilled via UPS Ground within 1 week of our receipt of your order.
  • Print newsletter subscribers receive their first issue via regular mail within 1 week of our receipt of your order.
  • The shipping and handling fee for all new print and CD-ROM orders is $12.00 -- with the exception of print Reference Services. The shipping fee for these orders is the greater of $12.00 or our actual incurred shipping costs.
  • The shipping and handling fee for all new or replacement binders is $5.00.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Canada. If tax exempt, please fax a copy of your certificate to Customer Care at 301-562-1521.
