About Authors
Lisa H. Cassilly is a partner in Alston & Bird's Labor and Employment Law Group, at its Atlanta office, concentrates on the representation of management interests with a special emphasis on litigated matters. She is a frequent lecturer on employment law issues and has authored articles on restrictive covenant law and employee privacy issues. Ms. Cassilly received a B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
Clare H. Draper IV, a partner with Alston & Bird in Atlanta, represents clients in connection with the full range of labor and employment issues including federal and state employment discrimination litigation, employment contract, and wrongful termination litigation.
