Cassilly is a partner in Alston & Bird's Labor and Employment Law Group, at its Atlanta office, concentrates on the representation of management interests with a special emphasis on litigated matters. She is a frequent lecturer on employment law issues and has authored articles on restrictive covenant law and employee privacy issues. Ms. Cassilly received a B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
Clare H. Draper IV, a partner with Alston & Bird in Atlanta, represents clients in connection with the full range of labor and employment issues including federal and state employment discrimination litigation, employment contract, and wrongful termination litigation. He is a frequent lecturer on these topics. Mr. Draper received a B.A. from Yale and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
